I want to share my experience from my previous company where I was a part of a team where the team leader used to follow the authoritarian leadership style. The team leader was the head of the project delivery team, therefore, he used to take important decisions. Once the leader asked the team to complete the assigned project a week before the actual deadline. All of the team members revolted. It was quite challenging situation created in the team for the accomplishment of the project and its suitable delivery on time.
